SPIRITUAL DIRECTION

Spiritual Direction is a process of teaching you how to hear God's voice, and working through what lessons and opportunities He is bringing before you with a trusted leader.

LIFE MAPPING

Life mapping is the process of looking through the lens of our past and present to see the patterns, roadblocks, and routes that got us where we are. This will help identify more productive paths in building a map for your future.

EMOTIONAL HEALING

Together we will work through the broken and wounded areas that need healing and restoration. This is important to ensure you have strength and clarity for the next steps.

DREAM PLANNING

Once you’ve done the heart work, it’s time to identify and pinpoint your unique gifts and purposes in life. We’ll start identifying a path and steps to take forward.

RHYTHM BUILDING

Healthy rhythms keep you from going back to old patterns and re-living old wounds. You will learn to build  a solid rulebook of values that will be your guiding principles to live a healthy future and create a solid decision making process.

SERVICE FEES:

• Initial Intake & Consultation Fee, 1 hr: $100
• One off coaching sessions, 1 hr: $100
• 5 session package, 1 hr ea.: $75 ea. or $375 total
